We want you to love The AI Memory Method. If for any reason it doesn't work for you, you don't want it, or you simply change your mind — email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund immediately.
Email help@aimemorymethod.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and your purchase email address. That's it. We'll process your refund within 24 hours and you'll receive confirmation from Gumroad.
Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of your original purchase date. After 7 days, we are unable to issue refunds, but we're happy to help with any technical issues you're experiencing.
After a refund, your Gumroad download link will be deactivated. You are asked to delete your copy of the software per our Terms of Service, though we have no way to enforce this technically.
