The AI Memory Method is a one-time purchase digital software product. You receive a lifetime license to use the software as it exists and as it's updated. You are not subscribing to an ongoing service.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use The AI Memory Method on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the software files with others who have not purchased a license.

The AI Memory Method software, design, and documentation are owned by HBOMB's House. Your conversation data and generated context files are entirely yours — we claim no rights to them.
The AI Memory Method is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that it will work with all versions of third-party AI platforms, as those platforms may change their export formats at any time. We will update the software to address known compatibility issues as they arise.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software. We are not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or other damages arising from the use of The AI Memory Method.
We provide free updates to all customers. Updates are provided as improvements become available and are not guaranteed on any specific schedule.
